The York JHE Air Handler delivers exceptional flexibility and performance, supporting upflow, downflow, horizontal right, or horizontal left installations. It can be conveniently installed in a closet, utility room, attic, crawl space, or basement, adapting easily to a wide range of residential or light commercial applications.
Engineered for cooling or heat pump operation—with or without electric heat—the JHE simplifies installation with top or side power connections, color-coded control wiring, and optional field-installed electric heat kits. A factory-installed R-454B refrigerant detection system (RDS) ensures safety and compliance for next-generation refrigerants.
